Making money means handling taxes in a way that is advantageous to yourself. You have to pay taxes but you don't have to pay MORE than you are supposed to. Being famous does not mean you can forget about the basics of business or your brand, The judge felt that he has shown to have a history of contempt for a court, this is why he gave him the 3 years. His brand seemed like it had contempt. Blade would not care about court, so Wesley must not care about it.This is an excercise in branding and basic business.
